B.I.T.E., our small but powerful company, aims to make learning fun and approachable. The idea behind our name – Bring It Together, Everyone – is that even complex learning can be made simple, when broken up into bite-sized chunks for easy understanding and implementation. That is what we do in each of our programs – we make the sum of the pieces larger than the whole – through collaboration and camaraderie.
B.I.T.E. was born out of the collective experience of Joel Rozario, Shlok Menon and Snehal Pinto, three employee engagement and learning facilitators who have been in this field for many years. As the world moved to virtual work and then to a mix of the old and new, we saw an opportunity to build a company that helps organizations pivot to this ever changing professional landscape, while strengthening their company culture and bringing teams together.
So, no matter how small or large your teams are, however close or far apart in location or virtual spheres they may be, with us, you will always be able to Bring It Together, Everyone (BITE)!
Joel is an accomplished team-building facilitator, primarily focused on music-based activities. A talented musician since childhood, Joel blends his zeal for the arts with his drive to build engaging corporate culture, resulting in multiple creative programs for varied audiences. Joel has been in the employee engagement field for over ten years and as someone who truly lives his passion, he brings innovation and a sense of curiosity to every interaction. At BITE, Joel works with clients to conceptualize music-imbued sessions, while customizing them to provide the desired results. From creating a Guinness record through a body percussion event, to organizing virtual, karaoke-style, collaborative sessions during the pandemic, Joel can create and deliver the best suited interaction for your target audience.

Being part of the dfrenstrokes team which competed in ‘India’s Got Talent - Season 3’ TV series and made it to the semifinals.

Executed a drum circle for Google India, opening Sundar Pichai’s interaction with students.
Shlok has a varied background of work experiences that he brings to the table with BITE. He started out as a trained commercial pilot and aviation operations executive with what was a family business. After a few years managing ground and flight operations for one of its subsidiaries, he opted for a change in career. He switched paths to be a freelance performing artist and theatre space manager with Jagriti Theatre in Bangalore. After acquiring multiple skill sets in these fields, Shlok combined all this experience along with his sociable nature to take on the role of employee engagement specialist with d’frens, an employee engagement consultancy in Bangalore. His ability to let participants ease into each session, allows them to go home having had a lot of fun and taking some great learnings along with them. At BITE, Shlok’s areas of focus are operations, admin and accounting alongside continuing his love for facilitation and being the catalyst of bringing people together. He also continues his journey of skill development by taking on new challenges and roles like Sales and Product Development.
