Behind The Scenes

This corporate film-making workshop offers an immersive way to experience the realities of building a film from scratch while strengthening collaboration through a shared creative challenge. Participants are guided through the fundamentals of film-making from the perspectives of directors, cinematographers, lighting specialists, and more. Teams engage in the end-to-end process, working together to write a script, select locations, plan lighting and costumes, manage casting and rehearsals, and execute shooting and editing to create a creative output. The goal of this team building activity is to drive creativity, project management, active participation, and cross-functional collaboration, enabling the team to deliver a final film within a fixed timeline. The experience concludes with a screening and optional awards, reinforcing shared achievement, employee recognition, and the value of collective effort in a memorable moment.
