In this activity, participants take part in a music-based team building experience where they are divided into smaller teams and guided through creative facilitation to learn percussion fundamentals on assigned instruments. Each team practices its part through play-based learning and then comes together to form a Brazilian Batucada band, creating a collaborative culture environment. As the rhythm builds, teams experience shared achievement, aligning their parts to develop team unity and purpose. This experiential activity leads to boosted confidence, provides an enhanced experience, and concludes with an immersive engagement that strengthens connection and teamwork.
