The Big Stickture is a collaborative art experience that strengthens belonging and alignment through creative collaboration and shared values. Delivered as an experiential design activity, teams work on individual canvases using structured guidance before coming together to complete a unified artwork as a collective experience. The goal of these experiential activities is to integrate organizational values by incorporating the organisation’s mission into the artwork, followed by a reveal that enables a meaningful debrief around shared values and cultural alignment. The activity concludes with a visually striking mural that reinforces team bonding within workplace culture.
