Triggernometry brings together a creative team building challenge with resource management through a dynamic table-top activity where teams work with a fixed set of materials to build a basic self-running Rube Goldberg Machine. Participants engage in design thinking as they construct their machines and, in an optional extended round, are asked to connect all the machines together forcing an element of Adaptive learning. Throughout the activity, teams practice consensus building while managing timelines and constraints, demonstrating mental agility when objectives evolve. The experience concludes with a focused debrief centered on experiential learning, reinforcing team effectiveness and overall organizational performance.
